Walter Abigail does not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have left our care. This policy allows us to ensure the integrity, freshness, and quality of every item we create and ship.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
